By accessing this Website and placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are a licensed professional authorized to purchase, handle, and use research-grade biological materials within your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders if we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met. Account verification is required prior to purchase approval.

3. Products & Compliance

All ExoRaw products are classified as For Research Use Only (RUO) and are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration for therapeutic use in humans or animals. Products are manufactured in a cGMP-certified facility located in the United States and are third-party laboratory tested for purity, sterility, particle count, and growth factor profile. Certificates of Analysis are provided with every order.

These products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. ExoRaw makes no clinical efficacy claims. Products are intended solely for laboratory and research applications by qualified licensed professionals operating within applicable federal, state, and local regulatory frameworks.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchasing professional to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, and use of research-grade biological materials in their jurisdiction.

4. Shipping & Geographic Restrictions

We ship to addresses within the United States where research-grade biological products may be lawfully received. All shipments are temperature-controlled to maintain product integrity. It is your responsibility to ensure you are legally authorized to receive research biologics at your specified delivery address.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order destined for a location where our products are restricted or prohibited. Orders cancelled for this reason will be fully refunded.

5. Purchases & Payment

By placing an order you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that you meet the professional eligibility requirements described in Section 2. All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of biological research materials and cold chain requirements, opened or temperature-compromised products cannot be returned. Unopened products in original, uncompromised packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery — contact sales@exoraw.com to initiate.

Defective or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of return authorization and receipt of the returned item.

7. Responsible Handling

ExoRaw products are research-grade biological materials requiring proper laboratory handling, storage, and disposal in accordance with applicable biosafety guidelines. Products must be stored at the temperature specified on the product label. Keep all products secured and out of reach of unauthorized personnel.

VOT Distribution LLC is not liable for any damages arising from improper handling, storage, or use of its products outside of their intended research application.

8. Intellectual Property

The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VOT Distribution LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
